Calculator DA in MacPerl v. 0.9b.

Known bugs/issues:

* Don't use copy/paste/etc. commands.

* One person with a recent version of MacPerl found it to crash on startup.  I
have not come close to reproducing this.  To be safe, save everything first.

* It does not remember preferences.  It might in the future.
* There is a hard-to-reproduce bug where WaitNextEvent() hangs and the program
can only be quit by using Command-.  I have been trying all morning in vain to
reproduce it.

* As with all MacPerl programs, you can only run one at a time; i.e., you
can't run another MacPerl program while this is running.  I could make it
self-contained, but that would blow the size up to a couple MBs.  :-)
